Safety Jogger unveils MAXIMUS: three years in the making, its most advanced safety helmet yet

After three years of development, Safety Jogger introduces MAXIMUS, its most advanced safety helmet to date. Designed for professionals working in industrial environments and at height, MAXIMUS combines two safety standards in one helmet. It also brings Energy Reduction Technology (ERT) to Safety Jogger's range, reflecting the brand's commitment to advancing innovation in professional head protection.
One helmet for every challenge
Until now, professionals moving between industrial work and work at height have often needed a different helmet for each task. MAXIMUS changes that. Following the update to EN 397:2025, Safety Jogger developed MAXIMUS as one of the first helmets certified to both EN 397:2025 Type II and EN 12492:2025.
This dual certification makes MAXIMUS a versatile solution for construction, industrial maintenance, rope access, rescue operations and arboriculture, allowing professionals to move between different tasks without changing helmets.
Advanced protection with Energy Reduction Technology (ERT)
A key innovation in MAXIMUS is the introduction of Energy Reduction Technology (ERT) to Safety Jogger's professional head protection range.
Conventional helmets mainly rely on a rigid EPS (expanded polystyrene) foam liner to absorb impact energy. ERT adds soft, flexible polymer pads that help manage both linear and rotational impact forces, even at lower impact levels.
Designed for durability and adaptability
Weighing just 540 grams, MAXIMUS pairs a fully vented design with a durable ABS and polycarbonate shell, finished with a scratch-resistant coating that keeps it in shape through the daily wear of demanding work environments.
A dedicated range of accessories, including detachable earmuffs, a face shield, front and back lights, and a badge holder, lets users configure MAXIMUS for the task at hand. Every accessory has been tested with the helmet, so the complete setup works safely as one integrated, certified system.
Three years of development, one versatile solution
After three years of development, the company brings together advanced impact technology, dual certification and practical versatility in its most advanced safety helmet yet. The launch reflects the company's continued investment in innovation and its ambition to bring advanced safety technologies to professionals across industries.
