Job description:

• You work very closely with the Account Managers of Cortina.
• You are the link between the customer and the different departments of the organization.
• You communicate enthusiastically with customers every day, both by phone and via email.
• You are responsible for the follow-up of orders of our customers: confirming and processing orders in the system and following up sent samples.
• You are aware of each step in the process with the customer and work proactively.
• You build up an excellent database knowledge.
• You make agreements concerning deliveries and follow up on the delivery deadline.
• You monitor the credits with the customer.
• You follow up on complaints, show understanding and propose solutions.

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor’s degree.
• You speak fluent Dutch, English and Spanish. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• You have a solid organizational talent.
• You have commercial flair.
• You have a first job experience in a similar function.

Job description:

• You follow up on VAL activities:
  • You set up a planning
  • You work out instructions
  • You follow up instructions
  • You create labels for VAL
• You take care of the documents of loaded trucks:
  • You create CMRs and documents for loaded trucks
  • You welcome drivers
• You follow up warehouse procedures:
  • You update warehouse procedures in dialogue with the warehouse managers

Who are you?

• You have followed a TSO or ASO education.
• You can work accurately and discreetly.
• You know how to deal with stress.
• You are a level 3 prevention advisor or are willing to follow a training for this.
• You have an eye for safety.
• You have a good knowledge of French and English.
• You have good communication skills.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office.

Senior Full Stack Java Developer

To support this initiative, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our dynamic team at CounterFort, our internal ICT department.
