Customer service advisor

Job description:
- You work very closely with the Account Managers of Cortina.
- You are the link between the customer and the different departments of the organization.
- You communicate enthusiastically with customers every day, both by phone and via email.
- You are responsible for the follow-up of orders of our customers: confirming and processing orders in the system and following up sent samples.
- You are aware of each step in the process with the customer and work proactively.
- You build up an excellent database knowledge.
- You make agreements concerning deliveries and follow up on the delivery deadline.
- You monitor the credits with the customer.
- You follow up on complaints, show understanding and propose solutions.
Who are you?
- You have a bachelor’s degree.
- You speak fluent Polish and English. Knowledge of Dutch or another language is a plus.
- You have a solid organizational talent.
- You have commercial flair.
- You have a first job experience in a similar function.

Logistics Administrative Officer – Value Added Services (VAS)

For our warehouse in Oudenaarde, we are looking for a driven Logistics Administrative Officer – Value Added Services (VAS).

Your role as Logistics Administrative Officer – VAS
As a Logistics Administrative Officer – VAS, you are the administrative and organisational backbone of our Value Added Services (VAS) activities. You ensure that every VAS assignment is properly prepared, planned and monitored, enabling our warehouse teams to work efficiently and deliver outstanding service to our customers.
You work closely with Sales, Internal Sales, Warehouse, our colleagues in China and external partners. Thanks to your planning skills, communication and attention to detail, our logistics operations continue to run smoothly—even during busy periods.
Job description:
- Planning & follow-up of VAS activities
- Prepare and administratively manage VAS assignments from request to execution.
- Manage the complete labelling process, including requesting, preparing and printing all required labels.
- Release work orders and monitor VAS and rework planning through AS400.
- Monitor capacity, priorities, lead times and deadlines.
- Coordination & collaboration
- Plan and coordinate the deployment of employees from our sheltered workshop partner within the warehouse.
- Ensure work orders, instructions and materials are available on time.
- Closely monitor execution and adjust planning where necessary.
- Liaise daily with Sales, Internal Sales, Warehouse, colleagues in China and external partners.
- Work instructions & material management
- Prepare clear and practical work instructions.
- Maintain existing instructions and develop new ones for customers, assignments and processes.
- Manage the stock of labels, hangers, tags and other VAS consumables.
- Monitor material availability through AS400 and prevent delays caused by shortages.
- Operational support
- Support the processing of returns and samples.
- Act as a back-up for colleagues when required.
- Identify bottlenecks and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Monitor priorities, lead times and deadlines, particularly during peak periods.
- Communicate professionally and remain organised while managing multiple stakeholder requests.
Who are you?
- You have at least a secondary education diploma.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse administration is an advantage.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good command of English.
- You are proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems or AS400 is a plus.
- You work accurately, in a structured and organised way.
- You have excellent planning, communication and prioritisation skills.
- You take initiative and remain calm under pressure.

Senior Full Stack Java Developer
