Oudenaarde, Belgium – 3 February 2026 - Safety Jogger introduces its next-generation RIGGER BOOTS collection under the campaign tagline “Stronger than the elements.” The range modernises the classic rigger boot with upgraded features and advanced comfort for demanding industrial worksites.

Rigger boots have long been relied on in offshore oil and gas operations. Safety Jogger now brings this trusted design into a new era. The collection represents a premium take on the traditional rigger boot, combining a rugged design and technically advanced features to support workers across a wide range of heavy-duty environments.

Technical design for extreme worksites

The new collection features three models with strong features that protect workers all year round:

  • Metal-free, breathable design with a nano-carbon toe cap and textile anti-puncture midsole for lightweight protection and reduced heat/cold conduction.
  • Waterproof or water-resistant protection for comfort in wet or demanding environments.
  • Heat-resistant rubber outsole designed to withstand contact temperatures up to 300°C.
  • ESD compliance to protect both workers and electro-sensitive equipment.
  • Deep cleated outsole combined with a dirt-repelling leather upper, supporting traction and performance in dirt-prone worksites.

Each rigger boot offers additional features tailored to specific environments. The CALDERA S7S adds a waterproof membrane lining for constant exposure in wet settings across seasons. An abrasion-resistant heel allows quick removal after work or in emergencies. The MAYON S3S provides a water-resistant alternative. Meanwhile, the MAYON WINTER S3S is developed for colder climates, combining a warm lining with the SJ Winter Footbed with felt wool and aluminium backing for added comfort and insulation. 

Work-focused, practical details

The boots also incorporate additional functional features designed to enhance comfort and support everyday use. 

  • Soft ankle padding reduces pressure during prolonged wear.
  • A sneaker-inspired fit with integrated motion control supports natural movement and stability across varied surfaces. 
  • A pull-up loop makes slipping the boots on easy.
  • Waterproof and water-resistant models ensure the wearer remains dry and comfortable throughout the year.

A campaign built around the four elements and powered by AI

Safety Jogger highlights the key features with a striking launch campaign created in partnership with an AI creative agency. Built around the elements wind, fire, water, and earth, the campaign showcases the technical strength of the RIGGER BOOTS and how they withstand the environmental challenges of heavy industrial work. 

The campaign video and visuals are created with AI support. To ensure full transparency, Safety Jogger concludes the campaign video with the stamp Lab-certified, AI-exaggerated, making it clear that while the boots are rigorously tested in real-world conditions, the visuals are AI-generated.
