At Cortina, we are looking for a driven QHSE Coordinator who gets energy from prevention, quality, environment and employee well-being.

Your role as a QHSE Coordinator

As a QHSE Coordinator, you are responsible for developing, implementing and following up our policy regarding quality, safety, environment and well-being. You ensure compliance with legislation and relevant standards, and you contribute to a safe working environment where continuous improvement is key. You work closely together with departments and process owners, advise managers and act as the point of contact for employees. You report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Job description:

  • Prevention
    • You act as a prevention advisor (at least level 3).
    • You manage the safety file.
    • You keep safety procedures up to date.
    • You carry out safety rounds and follow up on actions.
    • You communicate with external safety services.
  • Compliance & regulations: reliable and transparent quality system
    • You manage risks related to product and service quality with a focus on operational excellence.
    • You boost customer satisfaction through effective complaint and feedback procedures.
    • You coordinate internal and external audits, keep the quality system policy and documentation up to date, and ensure continuous improvement through close coordination with process owners.
    • You provide training and increase quality awareness within the organisation.
    • You ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations (e.g. AI, privacy, GDPR) and follow up on our certifications such as ISO, Ecovadis, etc.
  • Well-being
    • You contribute to well-being actions and prevention programmes.
    • You provide advice on ergonomics, workstation design and mental workload.
    • You collaborate with internal and external prevention services.
  • Stakeholder management: communicative bridge builder
    • You are the central point of contact for safety, sustainability and quality.
    • You communicate clearly, proactively and purposefully with both internal and external stakeholders.

Who are you?

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (prevention, environment, quality, etc.) or equivalent through experience.
  • You are a prevention advisor level 3 (or willing to obtain this certification).
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently.
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Office and an affinity with digitalisation.
  • You combine strategic insight with a hands-on mindset.
  • You work in a structured and accurate way and take initiative when needed.
  • You closely follow trends and developments within QHSE and digitalisation.
  • You are eager to learn, a strong communicator and a real team player.

Customer service advisor

  • You work very closely with the Account Managers of Cortina.

  • You are responsible for the follow-up of orders of our customers: confirming and processing orders in the system and following up sent samples.
  • You are aware of each step in the process with the customer and work proactively.
  • You build up an excellent database knowledge.
  • You make agreements concerning deliveries and follow up on the delivery deadline.
  • You monitor the credits with the customer.
  • You follow up on complaints, show understanding and propose solutions.

Who are you?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree.

Operations Manager Safety Jogger Works

To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Manager who will act as the operational right hand of the General Director.

Your role as a QHSE Coordinator

As Operations Manager, you drive operational excellence across the organisation. As the right hand of the General Director, you translate strategy into execution, optimise performance and ensure operations support growth across the organisation.

You lead the Customer Service Team Leads across multiple locations and work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, ICT and Marketing to streamline processes, improve efficiency and deliver measurable business results.

Job description:

  • Strategic operational leadership
    • Act as the operational right hand of the General Director, translating strategic vision into operational objectives and measurable results.
    • Prepare and lead operational review meetings in close collaboration with the General Director.

  • Data, dashboards & reporting
    • Drive a data-driven operational culture throughout the organisation.

    • Define, monitor and maintain operational SLAs in line with commercial commitments.
  • People management & cross-functional collaboration
    • Provide daily leadership, coaching and development for the Customer Service Team Leads.

    • Work closely with Sales to ensure operations actively support and enable business growth.
    • Act as the operational link between Sales, Logistics, Finance and ICT, fostering effective cross-functional collaboration.

Who are you?

  • Education & Experience
    • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Business Management, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
    • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in an operations or management role.
    • You have proven experience with data analysis, KPI management and process optimisation.
    • Experience with AI applications and automation projects is considered a strong asset.
    • You have experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Languages
    • You are fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
    • Knowledge of French is considered an advantage.

Senior Full Stack Java Developer
